Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZAPWAY ("the Service"), provided by Zapmicro Technologies ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ZAPWAY provides browser-based business utilities including invoice, quotation, receipt, payslip, proposal generators, calculators, and code generators. The Service is offered "as-is" and may evolve over time.

Most tools work without an account. When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to issue fraudulent or misleading documents.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise other users.

You own the documents you generate. You are solely responsible for their accuracy, legality, and compliance with the tax laws of your jurisdiction. ZAPWAY provides tooling, not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law.

The ZAPWAY name, logo, and software are the property of Zapmicro Technologies. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service per these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapmicro Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
