Privacy Policy

ZAPWAY is a product of Zapmicro Technologies. We designed ZAPWAY to be private by default. Every tool runs in your browser — invoices, receipts, codes and calculators are generated locally, and saved items live in your device's storage (IndexedDB), not on our servers.

We collect the minimum needed to operate the service:

• Account data (only if you create one): email, name, and authentication identifiers.
• Usage analytics: anonymized page views and feature usage to improve the product.
• Device data: browser type, OS, and screen size for compatibility.
• Billing data (paid plans): processed by Stripe or Razorpay — we never see card details.

Documents you generate (invoices, receipts, QR codes, barcodes, business names) and your saved items are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly upload them. Clearing your browser data erases this content permanently.

• To provide and maintain the ZAPWAY service.
• To send service-related emails (receipts, account, security).
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• To improve features through aggregated analytics.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) under strict data-processing agreements, or when required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable optional cookies in your browser at any time.
